愛(ài)斯艾爾軸承檢測儀器：萬(wàn)能測長(cháng)儀，圓度圓柱度儀

      愛(ài)期艾爾軸承年后更新了一批軸承計量設備，包括光譜分析儀，數字化粗糙儀，數字化輪廓儀，圓度圓柱度儀，金相光學(xué)顯微鏡，數字化光學(xué)測長(cháng)儀等，企業(yè)的發(fā)展，產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量的管控將更一步得到提升。最近我們就開(kāi)始中英文簡(jiǎn)單介紹下這些儀器。

      光柵式萬(wàn)能測長(cháng)儀是采用光柵疊柵條紋原理來(lái)測量位移。由光柵形成的疊柵條紋具有光學(xué)放大作用和誤差平均效應，因而能提高測量精度。常用于校對軸承內外圈尺寸。

      The grating universal length measuring instrument adopts the principle of grating overlapping fringe to measure displacement. The grating fringe formed by grating has optical amplification and error averaging effect, so it can improve the measurement accuracy. It is often used to check the dimensions of inner and outer rings of bearings.

       圓度儀是以精密回轉中心為回轉基準,通過(guò)傳感器測量工件不同轉角位置上的實(shí)際輪廓到回轉中心的半徑變化量，來(lái)定量評價(jià)被測件某一橫截面圓度的測量?jì)x器?？捎糜跍y量?jì)?，外回轉表面各截面輪廓的圓度，同心度和端面跳動(dòng)等參數。

       圓柱度儀以精密回轉中心為回轉基準，精密直線(xiàn)運動(dòng)導軌為直線(xiàn)測量基準，通過(guò)位于直線(xiàn)導軌上的位移傳感器，測量圓柱體表面若干截面在不同轉角位置上的實(shí)際輪廓到回轉中心線(xiàn)的半徑變化量，來(lái)定量評價(jià)圓柱體表面圓柱度的測量?jì)x器?？捎糜跍y量圓柱體工件表面輪廓的形狀誤差（圓度，圓柱度，平面度和直線(xiàn)度)，位置誤差(同心度，同軸度，跳動(dòng)和垂直度）等。

       CX-9600 spectrometer is a high-performance metal components analysis instrument. It has some excellent properties such as fast, easy to use, high reliability , low cost of operation and maintenance .It can analysis the metal components of Fe, Al, Cu, Zn,Ni, Ti, Mg ,Co,Pb etc. 

The measurement principle of CX-9600 is as follows：The spark between electrode and previously prepared sample is generated under the drive of the light source module. Spark generated high temperature ,and the atoms in the metal sample is heated to an excited state. When the atoms back from the excited state to the ground state, it emit light with characteristic lines .The spectrometer analyze the intensity of light to quantify the content of each element.
