愛(ài)斯艾爾軸承檢測儀器：光譜儀，金相顯微鏡儀

       愛(ài)期艾爾軸承年后更新了一批軸承計量設備，包括光譜分析儀，數字化粗糙儀，數字化輪廓儀，圓度圓柱度儀，金相光學(xué)顯微鏡，數字化光學(xué)測長(cháng)儀等，企業(yè)的發(fā)展，產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量的管控將更一步得到提升。最近我們就開(kāi)始中英文簡(jiǎn)單介紹下這些儀器。 

       電腦型金相顯微鏡是將光學(xué)顯微鏡技術(shù)、光電轉換技術(shù)、計算機圖像處理技術(shù)完美地結合在一起而開(kāi)發(fā)研制成的高科技產(chǎn)品，可以在計算機上很方便地觀(guān)察金相圖像，從而對金相圖譜進(jìn)行分析，評級。  

       Computerized metallographic microscope is a high-tech product developed by perfectly combining optical microscope technology, photoelectric conversion technology and computer image processing technology. It can easily observe metallographic images on the computer, so as to analyze and grade metallographic maps.

       CX-9600直讀光譜分析儀是一款高性能金屬成分分析儀，具有分析速度快、使用方便、可靠性高、運行維護成本低等特點(diǎn)?？梢苑治鯢e，Al，Cu，Zn等基體材料中的各種元素成分。

       CX-9600直讀光譜分析儀的測量原理如下:激發(fā)臺的電極與預先制備好的金屬樣品在光源模塊的驅動(dòng)下產(chǎn)生電火花，電火花產(chǎn)生的高溫將金屬樣品里的原子加熱到受激態(tài)，原子從受激態(tài)回到基態(tài)時(shí)發(fā)出具有特征譜線(xiàn)的光，將該光線(xiàn)引入直讀光譜分析儀，通過(guò)直讀光譜分析儀分析光譜線(xiàn)的強度來(lái)定量各元素的含量。

      CX-9600 spectrometer is a high-performance metal components analysis instrument. It has some excellent properties such as fast, easy to use, high reliability , low cost of operation and maintenance .It can analysis the metal components of Fe, Al, Cu, Zn,Ni, Ti, Mg ,Co,Pb etc. 

      The measurement principle of CX-9600 is as follows：The spark between electrode and previously prepared sample is generated under the drive of the light source module. Spark generated high temperature ,and the atoms in the metal sample is heated to an excited state. When the atoms back from the excited state to the ground state, it emit light with characteristic lines .The spectrometer analyze the intensity of light to quantify the content of each element.
