The measurement principle of CX-9600 is as follows:The spark between electrode and previously prepared sample is generated under the drive of the light source module. Spark generated high temperature ,and the atoms in the metal sample is heated to an excited state. When the atoms back from the excited state to the ground state, it emit light with characteristic lines .The spectrometer analyze the intensity of light to quantify the content of each element.
